Requirements
Membership applications must be approved by the Membership Committee and will be judged on the following criteria
- Applicant must actively support the aims and principles of HEPAC
- Applicant must have a history of stable, long-term management
- Applicant must demonstrate a history of stable operations and long-term viability
- Applicant must demonstrate a continuing commitment to the advancement of safety, positive workplace environment and employee career enrichment

Corporate Members must be making a definitive, substantial and continuing commitment to the development, evolution and use of helicopter-related products and services with a mind on safety, workplace environment and career enrichment as part of demonstrating a strong interest in the mission and goals of HEPAC.

- Must demonstrate a commitment to advancing a culture of safety
- Must provide products and/or services that are shown to benefit members of the aviation community

Partner Members are expected to contribute goods and services or money in the amount of $5,000 or more directly related to HEPAC’s mission, its member services, or specific HEPAC programs such as scholarships or mentorship/internship programs.

- Must already be a Corporate Member and meet the Corporate Member criteria
- Must make a contribution of $5000.00 in cash or by contributing goods and/or services directly related to HEPAC’s mission, its member services, or specific HEPAC programs as deemed appropriate

- Operator Members can take advantage of the full expertise of HEPAC and it’s members. HEPAC will work with Operator Members to assist in developing strategies to improve & enhance safety, improve workplace environment & employee relations through evaluation and feedback.

- Operator, Corporate and Partner Members will have access to exhibit space at HEPAC tradeshows, conferences, workshops and seminars and will be provided the opportunity to act as presenters showcasing their products or services to a dedicated audience.(additional fees may apply)
- For Corporate Members and Partner Members HEPAC will also feature member's technology, programs and highlight other items at HEPAC events and in print and online media. As appropriate, HEPAC will help members identify strategic partners (including HEPAC itself) to work together on various projects and initiatives.
- Corporate Members and Partner Members will also be able to leverage HEPAC’s website and publications to provide visibility to their products, services, and other items as required.
- Partner Members will be featured in our Partners Showcase webpage which will highlight each Partner Member.
- Marketing exposure to our Partner Members via a complimentary company profile in an upcoming edition of our e-newsletter, The HEPAC Hangar.
- Partner Members will be authorized to display the HEPAC logo on their advertising and promotional material.
